Technical Sales Engineers / Technical Sales Managers
Responsibilities include direct selling and functioning as a regional sales manager to support distributors. The candidate will be employed by Innov-X Systems B.V. European HQ located in Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. The primary focus of this position is either direct sales of the Innov-X product line in Innov-X Systems BV’s territory (Europe, Africa, Middle East, India and Pakistan) or management of independent distributors. The identification of and penetration into new markets and applications is an essential aspect of these positions.
Responsibilities include:
- Factory direct sales including handling quotations, regular
follow-ups with prospects directly or via distributors
- Making customer visits, product demos, customer trainings
and commercial support several days per week
- Providing technical and sales expertise in competitive sales situations
- Manage and support distributors
- Report directly to top management
- Attend national and international trade shows as necessary
- Application support
Qualifications:
- Ideally 2 - 5 years analytical equipment sales experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good presentation skills and aptitude to develop such skills further
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, other
languages are a bonus

Service Engineers (Full-time)
Calibrate and service analytical equipment. Give national and international support to customers and distributors. Teach customers and distributors on the use and maintenance of equipment. Must have at least a degree at technical MBO level. In this role, it is important to be able to work independently. A flexible and positive attitude are a must. Experience with XFR, Online Automation, Process Analytical NDT, PMI and Recycling is preferred. Good Dutch and English communication skills and 3 - 5 years experience are a must.

Office and Bookkeeping Assistants / Trainees
